On December 10, 2020, I discussed recent land use law developments at the Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law's Land Use Law Center's 19th Annual Alfred B. DelBello Land Use and Sustainable Development Conference. I spoke on a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court on the takings issue, zoning enforcement including having to deconstruct completed buildings, and the intractable issue of what is art and free speech, and what is merely junk or crude expression.
